You may return your cat scratcher, pet toy, or other items within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@petjojo.com with your order number. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

Please ensure all items are securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping, as you’ll be responsible for any damage that occurs in transit. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and free of pet hair to qualify for a refund.

We do not charge a restocking fee for unopened items. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cardboard Scratcher Care

🛁 To clean, simply rub the fabric surface with your hand; loose fur will clump up like magic and can be easily removed.

Pebble Pet Bowl Care

🥣 Our ceramic pet bowl is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing and air drying to best preserve its quality.

Due to the bowl’s double-layer hollow design, some water may sneak in through the bottom during dishwasher cycles. No worries! Just place the bowl upright and let it sit, any water inside will drain out quickly. 💧

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Pet JoJo account.

How long does it take to process an order?

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is on the way.
