Shipping policy

At Pet JoJo, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and with the same care we put into every product we make. Below is everything you need to know about how your order ships.

 

Processing Time

We pack and ship most retail orders within 3–5 business days.
During holidays or high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we always work to get your order out as soon as possible.

 

Shipping Methods

Your order may ship through one of our trusted fulfillment partners:

  • Amazon Fulfillment Network
  • Walmart Fulfillment Services
  • Our North Carolina warehouse (FedEx or USPS)

The carrier and method are automatically selected to ensure the fastest, most reliable delivery based on your location.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery speed depends on the carrier and destination.
Most customers receive their orders quickly, but exact delivery dates are determined by the carrier at checkout.

Once your package leaves our facility or fulfillment partner, transit times are outside our control. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or operational issues may occur.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

 

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
We’re unable to reroute packages once they’ve been shipped, and incorrect addresses may result in delays or returned shipments.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, or if it appears delayed, reach out to us at customercare@petjojo.com.
We’ll help investigate with the carrier and work toward a solution.
