We want you and your pets to love your Pet JoJo products. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please email our customer care team at customercare@petjojo.com with your order number. We’ll provide the return address and step‑by‑step instructions.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and free of pet hair.
- Products in sealed packaging must remain intact and unopened.
- Please package items securely to prevent damage in transit. Customers are responsible for any shipping damage.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- No restocking fee will be charged for unopened items.
Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected and approved.

🛁 To clean, simply rub the fabric surface with your hand; loose fur will clump up like magic and can be easily removed.
🔁 Once one side is worn out, flip it over for a fresh new scratching surface!
🏡 This scratcher is for indoor use only. Please keep it away from water or damp areas to preserve its structure and longevity.
Pebble Pet Bowl Care
🥣 Our ceramic pet bowl is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing and air drying to best preserve its quality.
💧Due to the bowl’s double-layer hollow design, some water may be trapped inside during dishwasher cycles. No worries! Just place the bowl upright and let it sit, any water inside will drain out quickly.
