More importantly, this bowl is thoughtfully designed to accommodate two major types of eaters. Through extensive pet behavioral research, we discovered that every pet has a unique way of eating, and a one-size-fits-all bowl often fails to provide the most comfortable or instinctual experience.

This bowl is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing and air drying to best preserve its quality.
Due to the bowl’s double-layer hollow design, water may enter through the bottom during dishwasher washing. If this occurs, simply place the bowl upright and allow it to sit, any water inside will drain out quickly.

Return Requirements:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and free of pet hair.
- Products in sealed packaging must remain intact and unopened.
- Please package items securely to prevent damage in transit. Customers are responsible for any shipping damage.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- No restocking fee will be charged for unopened items.
Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected and approved.

Our bowl is crafted from premium Kaolin Clay, locally sourced from a historic ceramic city in China with nearly 2,000 years of craftsmanship heritage. It is pet safe, highly durable, and suitable for both wet and dry food or water. It is also dishwasher safe and super easy to clean
