This bowl is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing and air drying to best preserve its quality.
Due to the bowl’s double-layer hollow design, water may enter through the bottom during dishwasher washing. If this occurs, simply place the bowl upright and allow it to sit, any water inside will drain out quickly.

- Items must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and free of pet hair.
- Products in sealed packaging must remain intact and unopened.
- Please package items securely to prevent damage in transit. Customers are responsible for any shipping damage.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- No restocking fee will be charged for unopened items.
Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected and approved.
